Before you book
Spa guidelines.
- Duration varies according to the spa circuit or treatment selected and is shown beside each option.
- Bookings must be made at least 3 hours before the treatment.
- Cancellation is free up to 3 hours beforehand. After this deadline, a 30% charge applies.
- Late arrival does not entitle you to a free extension of the session.
- No refunds are given if you end the spa circuit early.
- The wellness area and treatments are available from age 16. The Kids’ Massage is available for ages 6 to 12.
- Swimwear is required. Slippers are provided by the spa.
- For non-resident guests, pool access is on request and subject to availability.
